Tau Psi and Lambda Kappa Brothers,
I have been tasked as the chapter delegate for the 2022 Conclave 6th District "Setowt" Cookout on July 22-23 at Latta Nature Preserve, 15 minutes away from downtown Charlotte. The plan is that every chapter will have its own tent/grilling area to create one large cookout. The ask is that every chapter has at least $2000.00 worth of food and at least 4 coolers of oil.
To complete this number we are asking every line to donate $100. This will allow us to take care of items such as:
Fish
Chicken
Hamburgers
Hotdogs
Buns (Hamburger, Hotdog)
Condiments
Drinks (Water, juice, soda, oil)
Ice
Sides (Beans, Fries, Mac etc.)
Paper Plates
Paper Cups
Charcoal
Cooking oil
Trash bags
Lighter fluid
Utensils
Etc.
There are also costs that all chapters collectively will be responsible for:
DJ (for music)
Park rental fee (for two days)
2 police offers (Park requirements)
Large mobile storage cooler (to store food overnight)
